Bruce Brown is currently the Director of Proactive Coaching. He spent over 35 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator at the Junior High, High School, and Collegiate level. A former National presenter for the NAIA’s Champions of Character Program, he continues to speak nationally to athletes, coaches, parents, school districts and corporations in his role as Director of Proactive coaching. A recipient of numerous awards, Bruce received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Citizenship through Sports Alliance in 2003, the College of the Ozarks and Coach Krzyzewski Leadership/Service Award in 2004, the John Wooden Wall of Honor in 2008, and in 2019 he was inducted into the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association Hall of Fame. Coach Brown has authored 11 books, 22 coaching booklets and produced 17 instructional and character-based coaching DVDs and videos.
